Kollel Zecher Pinchas, located in Telz Stone, offers you the opportunity to take part in the Mitzvah of supporting Torah in Eretz Yisroel.The Kollel’s sixteen young married men diligently dedicate their lives to illuminating their community, country and indeed the entire world, with the light of Torah scholarship. With just one click you can provide these budding Torah leaders with the support they require to keep the flame of the Divine wisdom alive and burning bright.
Rav Pinchas Saposh זצ"ל was defined by how ameilus baTorah can truly build and raise a person.
He was a talmid of Yeshivas Itri, Mishkan HaTorah and Yad Aharon. R' Pinchas merited the influences of many contemporary gedolai Torah including HaRav Usher Zelig Rubinstein זצ"ל , HaRav Moshe Shapiro זצ"ל and יבלחט¨א, HaRav Yehoshua Eichenstein.
As a young bochur, R' Pinchas took the advice of one of his rebbeim to heart, and learned to "live the sugyah", ensuring that the topic he was involved in was always somewhere in his thoughts.
Unfortunately R' Pinchas never enjoyed robust health, and he spent the greater part of the last year of his life on dialysis. Nevertheless, he continued raising his family, teaching and learning, even as his sickness spread throughout his body.
Shortly after his 'petira' we established a Kollel in his memory, consisting of sixteen young and wonderful 'avreichim' who are striving to continue in his path of ¨living the sugyah".
